1. Order Cancellation Window
- You may cancel your order before it has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately via WhatsApp at 03278818881 or email us at perfumescentinel@gmail.com with your Order ID.
2. Order Confirmation Process
- Please note that we confirm each order via call, SMS, or WhatsApp from our Customer Service Representative before processing. You can easily request a cancellation during this confirmation step.
3. Non-Cancellable Orders
- Once your order has been packed, processed, or handed over to our courier partner for shipping, it cannot be canceled.
- If your order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel it; however, you may be eligible to return or exchange it upon delivery in accordance with our 15-Day Return & Refund Policy.
4. Cancellations Initiated by Scentinel
- In rare circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel an order due to reasons such as:
- Product unavailability or stock issues.
- Inaccuracies or errors in pricing/product information.
- Failure to reach the customer for order confirmation via phone/WhatsApp.
- If Scentinel cancels your order, our team will notify you promptly, and if an advance payment was made, a full refund will be processed back to your designated bank account.
